LOTD - Fresh peach (makeup on a different person)

     Hello, ladies.

     Today I’ll show you my first makeup of 2013 and, surprise, you won’t be seeing me in the pics. My friend, Alexia, paid me a visit today and, after we were done gossiping, she asked me to do her makeup. I was a little out of ideas, but she helped me by saying “do what you wanna do, Ana”. And Ana did a simple daytime makeup, colourful and cute.

     Astazi am sa va prezint primul machiaj pe 2013 si, surpriza, nu eu voi aparea in poze. Prietena mea, Alexia, m-a vizitat astazi si, dupa ce-am terminat “portia” de barfa, m-a rugat sa-I fac un machiaj. M-a prins putin in pana de idei, insa m-a ajutat foarte mult ca mi-a dat mana libera. “Fa ce vrei tu, Ana”, iar Ana a vrut un machiaj de zi simplu, colorat si dragut.

EOTN - Fireworks

     Hello, ladies.

     Christmas has past – too fast is you ask me – and New Year’s Eve is right around the corner. Which means that we have to find another outfit, a manicure, a special makeup, but this time it has to be glamorous, sparkly.

     Therefore, today I have for you a dramatic and sparkly makeup, perfect for the New Year’s Eve party.

     Craciunul a trecut – cam prea repede, dupa parerea mea – iar Revelionul se apropie cu pasi repezi. Ceea ce inseamna ca trebuie iar sa alegem o tinuta, o manichiura, un machiaj special, insa de data aceasta trebuie sa fie mai stralucitor, mai glamour, mai… “sclipicios”.
      Drept urmare, astazi v-am pregatit un machiaj dramatic si sclipicios, perfect pentru noaptea dintre ani.

Ultimele achizitii / Idei de cadouri pentru Craciun (1)

     Hello, ladies.

     Mai sunt doar doua saptamani pana la Craciun, iar nebunia cumparaturilor deja a inceput. Sau mai bine zis, a inceput stresul si goana dupa cadoul ideal, pentru ca toti ne dorim sa alegem cele mai bune, frumoase si potrivite daruri pentru persoana draga, indiferent ca este vorba despre sora, prietena, mama, bunica si/sau in cazul barbatilor, iubita sau sotie.

     Pentru a va veni in ajutor, m-am gandit sa public postarile cu cele mai recente achizitii acum, in preajma Sarbatorilor. Voi avea de toate pentru toti: de la produse de ingrijire a pielii pana la produse de machiaj, de la haine la produse pentru ingrijire mainilor si a unghiilor (scuzati repetita, am o lipsa crasa de inspiratie).

LOTN - Autumn leaves

     Hello, ladies.

     Today I have for you a makeup inspired by nature. Here, the trees simply won’t accept that autumn is here and they’re trying to keep they’re green crowns. Still, yellow leaves are starting to pop up and this symphoni of colors inspired me to do a new look.

     This time I have a picture tutorial for you, which I hope you’ll find useful.

     Astazi am pentru voi un machiaj inspirat de natura. Aici, copacii nu vor sa accepte venirea toamnei si se chinuie sa-si pastreze coroanele verzi. Cu toate acestea, incep sa “rasara” frunze galbene, iar aceasta simfonie de culori mi-a dat ideea unui nou machiaj.

     De aceasta data, am pentru voi si un mic tutorial din poze, care sper sa va fie de folos. Asadar, sa trecem la treaba.

Summer haul - Makeup products (pic heavy!)

     Hello, ladies.

     Officialy, the summer has ended and autumn is here. I don’t know about you, but at the end of every season, I like to do a retrospective of the things I’ve bought, to see what’s off the wishlist and what I still want / need to buy. I did the same at the end of this hot season, and this time I want to show you my summer haul. Actually, I’ll be talking about july and august, because you cand find june’s haul HERE.

     Oficial, s-a incheiat si vara, iar toamna si-a intrat in drepturi. Nu stiu cum faceti voi, dar mie-mi place ca la finele fiecarui anotimp sa fac o retrospectiva a cumparaturilor, pentru a vedea ce am bifat de pe wishlist si ce trebuie sa imi mai cumpar. La fel am facut si acum, iar de aceasta data vreau sa va arat si voua cumparaturile mele din timpul verii. De fapt, este vorba doar despre iulie si august, pentru ca haul-ul pe luna iunie il gasiti AICI.

Swatch and review - Kiss My Sass goodies (part 2)

     Hello, ladies.

     I’ve been trying to post this article for a few days, but I had some problems with my laptop. Fortunately, I fixed it and now I can finally show me my latest Kiss My Sass “toys”, which, of course, I adore.

     So, I have added to my KMS makeup collection five eyeshadows, three lip glazes, a blush and two eyeshadow samples. Here are the newbies:

-         eyeshadows: Firestarter, Night Elf, Forest Nymph, Sassy, Ferocious, Flip Flops, Reign Over Me;

-         lip glazes: Familiar Taste Of Poison, Spring Fling, Summer Lovin’;

-         blush: Violetta.

     De cateva zile ma tot chinui sa fac postarea, insa am avut diverse probleme cu laptopul. Din fericire, s-au rezolvat si astazi pot sa va prezint noile mele “jucarii” de la Kiss My Sass pe care, bineinteles, le ador.

     Colectia mea de produse KMS s-a imbogatit cu cinci farduri, trei lip glaze-uri, un blush si doua mostre de farduri. Iata care sunt nou-venitii:

-         farduri: Firestarter, Night Elf, Forest Nymph, Sassy, Ferocious, Flip Flops, Reign Over Me;

-         lip glaze-uri: Familiar Taste Of Poison, Spring Fling, Summer Lovin’;

LOTN - Yes, boss

     Hello, ladies.

     Ever since I failed doing this cut crease I wanted to fo another makeup using black and red, two of my favourite colours. I haven’t tried doing another cut crease since then, because it takes certains skills (which I don’t have) and I don’t have a proper eye shape.. But the other day I decided to do a look using those two colors, and the result is a dramatic makeup.

     It’s not the kind of makeup I would wear in public, unless I’d go to a theme party or something like that, but I really liked doing it, “playing” with the eyeshadows and the shades to get this result.

     Inca de cand am dat rateu cu acest cut crease mi-am pus in cap sa incerc un alt machiaj la care sa folosesc negru si rosu, doua dintre culorile mele preferate. Cut-crease n-am mai incercat de atunci, pentru ca e nevoie de o anumita indemanare (pe care eu nu o posed) si nici forma ochiului nu ma ajuta. Insa zilele trecute m-am decis sa creez un nou look folosind cele doua culori, iar rezultatul este un machiaj dramatic.

     Nu este genul de machiaj pe care eu l-as purta in public, decat daca ar fi vorba de o petrecere tematica, insa mi-a placut sa-l creez, sa “jonglez” cu fardurile si nuantele pentru a ajunge la acest rezultat. 

LOTD - Mary Berry

     Hello, ladies.

     It’s been a while since I last posted an evening look and, to be honest, I kinda missed wearing heavy makeup.

     I know it’s weddings and parties season, so I come to you with a bold, but in the same feminine look, suitable for all eye colours. It’s not a complicated look and you don’t need too much time to do it, but it has a “wow” effect (if you ask me :D ).

     A trecut ceva vreme de cand n-am mai postat un machiaj de seara si, sa va spun sincer, chiar imi era dor de un look “puternic”.

     Stiu ca aceasta este perioada nuntilor si petrecerilor, asa ca va propun un look indraznet, dar feminin in acelasi timp, potrivit tuturor culorilor de ochi. Machiajul nu este deloc complicat si nu aveti nevoie de prea mult timp pentru a-l realiza, insa efectul este “wow” (daca ma-ntrebati pe mine :D ).

Swatch & Review - Kiss My Sass products

     Hello, ladies.

     I was telling you two days ago, in this post, that I’ve fallen in love with the Kiss My Sass products. I already showed you a look created with some of this products (I promise I’ll post more looks), but today I want to talk to you about the KMS blushes and the eyeshadows that I have.

     Va spuneam acum doua zile, in aceasta postare, ca m-am indragostit de produsele Kiss My Sass. V-am aratat deja un machiaj cu o parte din aceste produse (promit sa urmeze si alte look-uri), iar astazi vreau sa va vorbesc despre fardurile si blush-urile KMS pe care eu le detin.

   

  

    I did a lot of swatches and pictures, because the products are amazing and I tried to capture them from different angles and lights. I’m honestly telling you that these are the first very pigmented eyeshadows that I have and I’ll even dare to compare them with Lime Crime. No, I don’ț have any LM products, but I’ve seen swatches and, if you ask me, the Kiss My Sass eyeshadows are as pigmented as LM. And the best part is that KMS have much lower prices :).  So great quality and low prices, what more could you wish for?

     Am facut multe swatch-uri si multe poze, pentru ca produsele sunt extraordinare si am incercat sa le surprind din diverse unghiuri si lumini. Va spun sincer ca sunt primele farduri atat de pigmentate pe care le detin si chiar merg atat de departe incat le compar cu cele de la Lime Crime. Nu, nu am niciun produs Lime Crime, insa am vazut swatch-uri pe net si, dupa parerea mea, fardurile Kiss My Sass sunt la fel de pigmentate precum LM. Partea buna este ca preturile KMS sunt mult mai mici :). Deci calitate excelenta si preturi mici, ce v-ati putea dori mai mult?

LOTD - Carribean party

     Hello, ladies.

     I promised you I’ll post more looks and this is me keeping my promise. Also, today I’m gonna show what the Kiss My Sass products can do which, by the way, I totally love.

     Today I wanna show a makeup inspired by beaches with fine sand, exotic flowers and bright blue waters. The colors I used make me think about Carribeans, what do you think?

     I hope you like this look, because I know I do.

     V-am promis ca o sa postez mai mult look-uri si iata ca ma tin de cuvant. Cu aceasta ocazie, va si arat ce pot face produsele Kiss MySass, de care eu m-am indragostit.

     Astazi vreau sa va arat un machiaj perfect pentru vara, vesel, colorat si foarte simplu de facut. Acest look este inspirat de plaje cu nisip fin, flori exotice si ape de un albastru intens. Culorile folosite ma duc cu gandul la Caraibe, pe voi nu?

     Eu sper sa va placa ce mi-a iesit, pentru ca eu, una, sunt foarte incantata.
