Latest acquisitions: makeup, care and clothes / Ultimele achizitii: machiaj, ingrijire si hainute

     Hello, ladies.

     Remember when I said that I won’t be buying anything for a while? Yeah, well, it seems that I can’t stay away from the stores :)). The good news is that lately I didn’t spend that much money and some of the things I’m gonna show you today are either gifts from friends / family, either products send to me for testing.

As usual, I’m not gonna review today any of the products, because I’ll talk about most of them in other posts. Just gonna show you the products, some little swatches and tell you their prices (approximate).

     Mai tineti minte cand v-am zis ca nu o sa cumpar nimic pentru o vreme? Mda, ei bine se pare ca nu pot sta departe de magazine :)). Partea buna este ca in ultima vreme nu am cheltuit chiar atat de multi bani si cateva dintre lucrurile pe care vi le voi arata astazi au fost fie cadouri de la prieteni/familie, fie primite pentru testare.

Ca de obicei, astazi nu voi face review niciunuia dintre produse, pentru ca voi vorbi despre majoritatea dintre ele in postari viitoare. Doar o sa va prezint produsele, cateva swatch-uri si o sa va spun preturile (aproximative, acolo unde este cazul). 

LOTD - Spring sunset

     Hello, ladies.

     I was recently asked where do I find inspiration for my makeup. Well, sometimes I simply look at my eyeshadows, close my eyes and imagine the colours. They just sort of mix together in my mind, resulting various combinations that I like. I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true.

     But usually I’m inspired by nature: flowers, trees, landscapes, sky. For example, today’s look was inspired by a beautiful spring sunset I saw a few days ago: half of the clouds were indigo, and the other half had a coral-pink-ish shade, from the light of the sun that was about to set. When I saw it, I knew I had to do a makeup inspired by that sunset.

     Recent am fost intrebata unde-mi gasesc inspiratia pentru look-urile mele. Ei bine, uneori doar ma uit la farduri, inchid ochii si-mi imaginez culorile. Apoi, ele pur si simplu se “amesteca” in mintea mea, rezultand diverse combinatii care-mi plac. Stiu ca suna ciudat, dar este adevarat.

     Dar, de obicei, sunt inspirata de natura: flori, copaci, peisaje, cer. Spre exemplu, pentru look-ul de astazi am fost inspirata de un apus de primavara absolut superb: jumatate din nori erau indigo, iar cealalta jumatate avea nuante de roz-corai, de la lumina soarelui ce apunea. Cand am vazut peisajul, am stiut ca trebuie sa fac un machiaj inspirat de acel apus.
